For Organisations

A new standard for how you support the public — and prove you mean it

DysPhilter® changes how organisations work, how they serve the people who rely on them, and how they support the people who keep them running. A demonstrable, human standard for neuro-inclusive communication — and a real break from the old way of doing things.

Two editions

One engine. Two entirely different forms.

The same neuro-inclusive heart powers both. What changes is everything around it — who it serves, where it lives, and what it can prove. Here is the difference, held side by side.

Personal Edition

For one person

The app you carry with you. Every version, from the first free one onward, is built around a single nervous system — yours.

  • A companion that meets you where your nervous system is today
  • You control your own information — consent asked in the moment, withdrawn any time
  • Situational tools: mutism safeguard, voice legacy, RSD buffer, safe mode
  • Your data stays yours — private, erasable, never sold
You control your own information.

Enterprise Edition

For every person you serve

The compliance infrastructure your organisation embeds. The same engine, wrapped in white-label, evidence, and the obligations you already hold.

  • Middleware that changes how the system behaves, not how it looks
  • Compliance you can evidence — mapped to FCA, OSA, KCSIE, ICO, EAA
  • White-label under your brand, your domain, your colours
  • Tamper-evident records and an independent review pathway
The standard you can be measured against. This is what the rest of this page is about.
Same shield. Different scale.

FCA Consumer Duty

Extra care for customers who need it.

Online Safety Act

Duty of care.

KCSIE

Every safeguarding obligation mapped.

ICO Children's Code

Every standard mapped.

Access to Work

Eligible.

European accessibility, now and ahead

The European Accessibility Act is now live

The European Accessibility Act came into force in 2025. It makes accessibility a legal duty for products and services across the EU. Regulators are looking at how organisations show they meet it — not whether they say they do.

You have to show what you use

Compliance is no longer a policy on a shelf. Organisations are expected to evidence the real, working accessibility measures they use — and show they reach the people most often left behind by digital barriers.

DysPhilter® is the evidence

DysPhilter gives you a demonstrable, audit-ready standard for neuro-inclusive communication — a world-first framework of what good looks like, mapped to the obligations you already hold, with records that prove it.

Your record is with your account — not your device

DysPhilter runs on secure, managed cloud infrastructure, so a lost phone or laptop never takes the evidence with it. Sign in on any new device and the full record — intercepted messages, transcripts, and uploads — is still there, safe and intact.

Trailblazing

A world-first framework, standard, and infrastructure

DysPhilter is not a tool that sits beside your organisation — it is the standard it can be measured against. A framework built from lived experience, an auditable standard you can evidence, and infrastructure that changes how the system behaves for everyone it serves.

A framework, not a feature

DysPhilter is a structured framework — the obligations you hold, mapped to what good looks like for the people those obligations are for. It gives every team the same, repeatable standard to point to.

A standard you can be measured against

Trailblazing and auditable in the same breath. Records are tamper-evident, outcomes are reviewable, and the bar is set by lived neurodivergent experience — not by what was easy to build.

Infrastructure, not a bolt-on

DysPhilter sits in the middle of how your organisation communicates — middleware that intercepts, translates, and protects. It changes how the system behaves, not how it looks.

World-first, by design

The first neuro-inclusive communication compliance standard of its kind. Setting it means others have something to meet — and you have something to show you met it first.

Enterprise licensing

Tailored to your scale

Licensing is priced to the size and reach of your organisation — number of users, regions served, and the obligations you hold. No fixed off-the-shelf fee; we scope with you, then quote.

Market

UK: a large and underserved neurodivergent community (ACAS / NHS England).

Global: a vast, largely underserved community worldwide (Grand View Research / Allied Market Research).

White-label licence

Embed DysPhilter® under your own brand. Your colours, your name, your domain — our accessibility engine underneath. For banks, insurers, councils, trusts and platforms that need compliance to look like theirs.

White & green papers

We publish the reasoning, not just the product. A white paper sets out the framework of what good looks like; a green paper opens the consultation for regulators and partners to shape it with us.

Groundbreaking trial

A live pilot programme for early-adopting organisations: measured outcomes, independent review, and a first look at the next generation of neuro-inclusive compliance infrastructure.

Why this matters

  • • Only three in ten autistic adults are in work, compared to five in ten for all disabled people and eight in ten for non-disabled people — one of the highest unemployment gaps of any group (Buckland Review of Autism Employment, February twenty twenty-four — National Autistic Society).
  • • Access to Work spending reached three hundred and twenty-one million pounds in the year ending March twenty twenty-five, yet the Department for Work and Pensions considers the number of people supported remains a low proportion of those who might be eligible (DWP Access to Work statistics, twenty twenty-five).
  • • Approximately one in twelve men and one in two hundred women are colour blind — around three million people in the UK (Colour Blind Awareness Organisation / NHS, twenty twenty-four).
