The European Accessibility Act came into force in 2025. It makes accessibility a legal duty for products and services across the EU. Regulators are looking at how organisations show they meet it — not whether they say they do.

Records that prove themselves
Every intercepted message is sealed at the moment it happens, with a tamper-evident hash linking each record to the last. If anything is changed later, the chain shows it.
Evidence anchored in law
Each record is sealed under the law of the person's own region, with the governing legislation named inside the record itself. An auditor, tribunal, or court reads the legal spine together with the evidence.
Protection that survives a network failure

Why this matters
