Consent first, not a cold call
A bank should never just ring you out of the blue. With DysPhilter®, contact starts with your permission. For deaf and hard-of-hearing users, a hyper-realistic AI BSL interpreter joins the call by video — so a human interpreter cancelling never leaves you stranded and missing an appointment. After every call, a transcript is sent to both parties: a record that supports memory recall for a neurodivergent or vulnerable user, and evidence a company can show to prove where it complied — and where it needs to improve. All of it feeds the audit record.
