The hard truth, held gently
We owe you honesty, because honesty is part of keeping you safe. So here it is, plainly.
WhatsApp — the app most of us reach for every day — is end-to-end encrypted. That means no third party, DysPhilter included, can quietly sit between you and another person and read or filter your messages in flight.
That encryption is a good thing for the world's privacy. We understand it's a hard thing when you wanted a protective layer there. We're gutted about it too — because so much harm travels through those chats, and we wanted to stand in front of it.
We will not pretend we can do something we can't. A promise we can't keep is not safety. So instead, we build the real paths the truth allows — and we tell you exactly where each one begins and ends.
