For parents who are co-parenting, separated or divorced, and need to remain in contact with one another around their child's or children's welfare. Each message is decoded before it crosses, so the exchange is held safely for both of you. Neither of you ever sees the other's raw words.
This channel cannot change how another person chooses to behave — nothing can. What it can do is support the individuals who need to be in contact: helping you notice your own patterns and see the other person's words more clearly. And it works even if only one of you uses it — one person supported is better than none.
On a computer, you can use keys: Alt + 1 goes to the top of the page, Alt + 2 goes to the messages, Alt + 3 goes to the typing box, J and K move up and down the messages, and Esc leaves.
The channel holds this as context for both of you, equally.

Two people, one held space. The AI holds the context for both of you equally. It never takes a side.

You can reach your own held words through a three-stage check. Grounded state, support person, healing journey. That is for your own content only — neither of you can ever open the other side's raw messages.
Pause for a Moment belongs to both. Either person can start it. Both get the grounding exercise. There is no hierarchy — either can end it when they are ready.
