Welcome to DysPhilter
Before we begin, a few things to know.
You do not need a diagnosis to use this. You do not need a label. This is for everyone.
A few questions about what works for you
— Do you need more time to process?
— Do you prefer written communication?
— Is loud noise difficult for you right now?
— Would you like to type instead of speak?
— Do you need a moment before responding?
These are about how you work best. There are no wrong answers.
Your voice is yours.
Recording it now means it will always be there — for you, and for the people who love you. If a day comes when you can't speak, your voice still can. A few minutes today builds something that lasts forever.
There is no time limit. You can stop, close the screen, and return to this whenever you want. Your progress saves automatically.
You do not need a perfect or polite recording voice. If your voice is naturally flat, monotone, quiet, or carries a stutter or tic, that is your authentic signature. Record exactly how you sound when you are comfortable at home.
Find a quiet space where you feel safe. Sit or lie down in whatever position reduces your physical pain.
